Spinning up old clan server... with issues
 

Hello UT admins.

After having spun up a ut99 server without issues, we thought we would try for 2K4. That did not go well at all. After fixing some basic errors with missing folders for said server we have boiled our issues down to one in particular.

What appears to be stopping us is the connection to the master server.

MASTER SERVER CONNECTION FAILED
ATTEMPTING TO RECONNECT TO MASTER SERVER
RESOLVING UT2004master1 (and master2).epicgames.com
blah blah blah it resolves the IP to 199.255.40.173 and .171 for master 1 and 2
The connection fails and loops the same errors.

I have not been in the UT server game for long and am just an it guy trying to help his buddy get back up and running again. Most posts don't address this issue and if they do it is from 2014 and irrelevant.

Is there something that can be done for this server?
Ports are correctly forwarded, server firewall is fine.
