Kicked For Having Required File
 
So I've been tryin to join a couple servers and the AnthChecker gets to step 2. Stats checking my GUID and then I get kicked from the server.

Says something along the lines of

Kick Type: 4
Kicked For: Illegal File
Illegal File: Softdrv.dll (possibly bythehacker)


So I tried removing the file and going back into UT. UT won't boot without this file. The file hasn't been modified or touched since I installed UT and updated it.

Why am I being kicked from servers for required files?

What version of UT are you running? Most (if not all) officially released SoftDrv.dll files are on the whitelist.

v451. The latest patch(I think).

I installed the game from the UT GOTY Edition CD.

I just went back to 436 and it seems to be doing fine.
