sounds to me it's still regged as an internet server. so it will do an cd-key check. had it aswell during the time i was waiting for my own key. using an illegal key. was able to connect, but when i was in i got disconnected/kicked right after that..
try using the: ?bIsLanMatch=True flag in your command line
