What are you deleting out of the registry? I didn't touch the registry.
D: drive? Is this an optical drive? If so, install UT onto an HDD or SSD then use that path.
Secondly, this isn't the only way to tell what packages a map file is missing. Anytime the Unreal engine tries to load something, but can't because of a missing package it will report it in the log. If you just check the log each time the map crashes on the server you'll be able to find what package it's trying to load. This is time consuming, but obviously you're wasting your time trying to get Unreal Office to work on your computer so why not spend the time on something useful like solving the original problem.
