* Adds HA_SessionBan to session ban pottymouths
* Is not sent from the server to the client
but does remove from the pure list still
* Adds admin session ban command
adminkick session playernameornumber
Note that you need the command line parameter
?AccessControl=TitanAdminHaxUT3.TitanAccessControl in order to get session ban functionality.
