Alright, trying to re-do test on NFOServers but so far has got no result. Here is the progress so far. (Trying to get rid of the ACE timeout kicks)
After installing ACE with default settings:

So I'm really not sure what else to do. Unsuccessful progress.
(On other note, I never seen any HASH ID for that texture so I don't know where it comes from.)
