I've tried everything on the OS level to try to fix this, but I think it's something on the UT level. UT starts up but when it attempts to query servers it locks up. There must have been a master server that UT pinged to get information, that server must be down and now UT just hangs. I feel like I've been trying everything and I'm soooooooooooo MAD.
