Custom ban message?

Not sure if this has been asked before or not but would it be possible when entering a ban on the UTAN site that we could have a "Ban Message" field. This text would be displayed to the client trying to connect. So I could put the reason for their ban in there.

"Excessive swearing and use of racial slurs" for example.

may also cut down on the postng here...if they already know the reason...
