AntiTCC 1.11 was released.. a few days ago

* Fixed message for unsupported client versions
* UT2003 versions prior to 2199 are no longer supported
* Added delay inbetween file checks when somebody joins the server to reduce lags for all players (including the joining one)
* Custom server mods can now modify the way Anti TCC's llama effect cheat reaction works by replacing the LlamaEffect actor in Mutator.CheckReplacement
* The custom log file stays closed now most of the time. It will be opened when neccessary and closed after the specified LogFileSaveInterval.
* All NetSpeed change attempts and actual NetSpeed changes are logged now
* Fixed some Accessed Nones in demo play
* Added some more details to the occasional "Returned security code x with message [...]" log message about file check failures
* Replaced the string "(server)" with "(n/a)" for unknown player IPs
* Prevented players from picking up the weapon they just tossed until that weapon touches the ground ("NoTossWeaponSwitch")
* Anti TCC "linkgun fix" (fixes Accessed Nones in LinkFire and LinkBeamEffect) can be disabled separately now
* Added player ID and alias name logging
* Added the Whois console command which lists other names a player has used on the server
* Added an offense counter which counts non-critical offenses (i.e. offenses the player doesn't get kicked for) and kicks the player once a certain number of offenses is exceeded. The player will be banned for ten minutes or until the next map change, whichever comes first
* Property details logging is now enabled by default
* Anti TCC's console messages are logged to a clientside logfile now
* Improved detection of end of match to prevent false positives due to timeouts and other problems at the end of a game
* Fixed possible problem with zoom cheat detection
