Looked for this file and don't see it up yet, it's a new release of a UT2003 mod.

Yeah, ive tried it on my server, its really nice. altho i did find one Big bug with it.

It seems that when its on my server, You cannot open the [V] Box to give orders, taunts, and whatnot, as just a blank small box opens.
