Hitsounds

Ok, I feel stupid.

I help run a couple of servers, one ONS and one Freon.

The Freon one has hitsounds, I presume they are in the 3SPN package somewhere ? I looked
through the .ini's and couldn't find anything for it.. but that's not what I'm after.

The ONS server presently does not have hitsounds, I want to enable them. Where would
I do this ? I understand the UTComp has them, but we have a lot of special vehicle mutators
that I'm concerned are affected by UTComp adversely.

So how can I get hitsounds running ?

In UT99 Its a setting in UTPureRC7G or other version you can enable it in the ini file
