alias f4 {
set %decompfile $sfile(c:\,Choose File to Decompress,Demompress!)
run C:\UnrealTournament\System\ucc decompress " $+ %decompfile $+ "

Just press f4 in mIRC and choose the uz file you want to decompress. Then check your UT system folder for the decompressed file.

You can just add an option in the explorer menu too. Bind it to the .uz extention and change the command to decompress like above.

I just use Redirect Server Checker v2.24 - the option to de/compress one or many files is in the Extras menu.

decompressing ??
I've read the whole thread and i couldn't find a solution to my problem : the command: ucc decompress C:\path:\filename.uz doesnt work for me. Is there anything wrong with typing ? Compressalot only compresses and redirect server checker needs NET framework and i don't have it installed. I want to decompress some maps but the ucc decompress command just don't work is there something wrong with typing

Yes, that command is wrong. Their shouldn't be a : in the middle of the file location.
It should look something like this.
ucc decompress C:\UnrealTournament\Maps\CTF-Map.unr.uz
Although I would recommend you just copying the file(s) to the ../System directory of your Unreal Tournament installation, then running the command without having to enter the absolute location of the file like this.
ucc decompress CTF-Map.unr.uz
