UnrealAdmin crew invited @ Epic Games
The UnrealAdmin crew (well part of it anyway) has been invited by Epic Games to come over to their HQ for a UT2007 preview but also give feedback and discuss certain details about server administration and how to improve it even more.
Ofcourse here are going to try to push some of the good ideas people have submitted in our (everlasting?) poll.
We will leave for the USA this weekend and we'll be back a couple of days later. You can expect a detailed report of our visit when we return.
Update: April Fools

Bring back some of that unreal drink . And hope you get round to discussing some good ideas as well as existing ut2004 problems that could be fixed in ut2007.

And that's probably why UTIII was a relative flop. New game, same sh*thead players ^^.

We can only hope for something that at least modestly resembles AC.

It'd be cool if UT2k7 had some way of 'protecting' its memory space and having the program automatically crash or put up a warning if outside programs try to hook into its memory space, kind of like a built-in UTDC checker. That and AC type features would totally rock.

Looking forward to hearing all about the trip! And do your best to see if they will let you grab a set of developer files/tools. Would love to get the Deathball rolling for 2007's debut.

I surely hope not. Its not funny to mock with the possibility that Epic will listen to us admins.

There seems to be something wrong with the front display date code showing the last posters date.
This was posted yesterday, not today.

Be sure to "sell" them on the fact that UTAN + AntiTCC (or a new active security) could be bundled and managed by the Unreal Admin Team for a reasonal price in return for a reasonable license agreement.
Use your heads guys...........
