VUC Custimizability -- support for DeusEx

I'd really like to be able to use VUC++ for DeusEx editing.

Support for DeusEx would be REAL simple. All you have to do is make "UnrealTournament.ini" NOT hardcoded, but make it an option that appears in the VUC ini file, or in-menu options.

WOTgreal does that, and it works great. Everything else works the same, but you need to have it as an option to point to DeusEx.ini instead of UnrealTournament.ini

The Latest versions of VUC work just fine with Deus Ex
