Default no server logs

hi all.

our server keeps crashing. it only crashes on official matches. the only difference is the server side demorec we are doing. so i looked for the server logs but couldn't find them. where are they supposed to be?

Then i saw my startup command line. is my server not keeping log files? how do i add it?

./ucc-bin server DM-Rankin-FE?game=3spnv3141.TeamArenaMaster?MaxPlayers=10 ini=ut2004.ini multihome=xxxxxx port=xxx -nohomedir

i followed this but it said there was a syntax error.
http://wiki.unrealadmin.org/Server_Setup_%28UT2004%29

thank you!

Edit:
i fixed the server log thingy. now i need to fix the crash.

i found this
any1 knows anything?

* WARNING: A custom mod that replaces the PlayerController is active on this
system. Anti TCC will not be able to prevent certain server crash
attempts from affecting the server or unpatched clients.
(custom class: 3SPNv3141.Misc_Player)

That warning is not related to the crash. Know what mods you are running and how they interact. Crash-related stuff is usually at the end of the log file. Note that the log file is cleared when the server restarts, so you only get the crash details if your server either doesn't try to restart or first makes a copy of the log file.

That depends entirely on the server. You need access to the server's startup script, i.e. the script that ensures your server restarts after it crashed. The UnrealAdminWiki page you linked already explains how to keep the last crash log file. The example is for Windows, but that should be easily adaptable for Linux.

Try this!

Code:
./ucc-bin server DM-Rankin-FE?game=3spnv3141.TeamArenaMaster?MaxPlayers=10 ini=ut2004.ini log=tam.log multihome=xxxxxx port=xxx -nohomedir
