Forgot name of Mutator
Several years ago I remember reading about a mutator that would take someone that had a higher score and lower their damage and slow them down and people with a lower score raise there damage in an attempt to make those players more even(again this is from memory so may not be exact). I forgot the name of that mutator and was hoping someone knew. I am working on a side project and wanted to look to see if that might work for me.
