AntiTCC 1.17 released

Wormbo's released version 1.17 of his UT2004 Security mutator.

I installed 1.17 on my rented server yesterday and had a bad stutter every minute or so. I tried changing every setting there was and could not make it stop (spent a couple of hours on this). I switched back to version 1.16d today and everything is fine.

I've noticed the same on my server. While usually it's smoother i get stutter after few minutes like u said. Also the checks in the beginning are causing worse lag than before.

Yups definate stutter and the shottrough level is very high now. played 1 war with 1.17 and then the 2nd war we changed it back to 1.16F and the problem was gone for everyone.

So 1.16F will stay untill i see a new 1 coming

I've identified the cause of the lags, I think. New version coming up within the next few days.
