Okay, there are a bunch of changes between the Demo.app stuff in this thread and the Free Dedicated Server. In particular, if you want to use the web admin feature. For some reason, the *nix and OS X ucc-bin files have an issue were the CacheRecords.ucl becomes corrupt (after the intial run). Your server will work fine but when you open the web admin it will only show the intro screens and you can't use any of the pull-down menus or make changes (add/remove maps, etc).
