How to properly play demos

I downloaded UT Demo Manager v3.3, enabled it in the .ini and set DemoPaths[0] to the System directory. Still weapons are displayed glitchy, none of the server mutators are working and I don't see how to use the added features like downloading missing stuff, speed control etc.

set the same TickRate

or other

also I think you need to use cache converter or something to extract all server files from cache in other folders?.. cant rememvet now bin very long time since making demos.
