NBSP on Tac Ops Sever. Help pls

ok sup all, i have a Tac Ops 3.4 server, TOST 42 and UTDC v17 r installed and working, i want to put NBSP v108 Beta on the server but when i do this i myself get kick from the server for this

Can anyone help me or direct me to where i can recieve help on this

I have tried disabling TOSTProtect and Hitparade but that results in my game crashing. i also got a frined to come in the server he gets the same

i was also told that it could be a conflict between TOST and NBSP, but when i disable TOST my game crashes, i been working on this for about a week now and im still have probs

Any help would be most greatful
