Kept getting kicked on the latest beta release XConsole. 3.5.0rc71 is the version.
I would've put it on the whitelist but don't know where I lost the instruction how to.

I can help with this
Here is what I Did for our custom mod.
to get the hash use something like this http://onlinemd5.com/
then open the ACEFileList.txt find a spot for it and add it in
this is how i got the latest d3d render to stop kicks
curiously i dont see any whitelisted xconsole's on the whitelist so not sure why the other versions dont kick

I connected to Ultimate UT Main Server with another Computer (UTgoty436 win7)
It use ACEv10c, and i have bug after few seconds, back to desktop with error.
It's ok on my other computer UTgoty436 win10.

i am not sure if anyone else encountered the same problem :
cleaned up server files and installed ace10e. we can play one map without any problems and then after the mapchange ace runs wild kicking players. there may be a problem with whitelisting pure stats?
i cant find any logs of the kicks within the server files...

Hi
I tried installing 1.0e last night on my server ROCKETBOOST. Upgrading from version 0.8h. Although I cannot get it to work properly it keeps saying 'Connecting...' and kicks me off after some time.
What I did is, first I got rid of all traces of 0.8h so I deleted all the files, all the lines in the server.ini etc. and then installed 1.0e from scratch. Tried default settings, didnt work. I thought maybe
the host (gameservers.com) has the port(s) blocked so I opened a ticket asking them to open up some UDP ports for 1.0e to use. They told me it should work on its default port (gameport+2) 7779
but they also opened up port 9020. So I tried default, I tried 7779 static (otherports setting to False) and 9020 static, all do the same thing so I cannot seem to get it to work.
The WAN IP in the config file is the correct one. I asked them again if they were positive about the UDP ports being opened because I thought there might be a mixup with TCP but they
assured me these UDP ports are open.
I rolled back to 0.8h wich works fine right now but I would like to be able to upgrade.
Do you know what might be the problem? The host is gameservers.com, and my server is running on a Linux Ubuntu machine.

I just read about the outdated system libraries. I sent in a reply to my ticket asking them about the version. Could this be the cause?

I got a reply saying the version of glibc is newer than 2.15 so that cant be it. So I'm back at square 1

I've had the same problem with NFOServers. It seems like some game server host is simply limiting something awhile other does not, and often hard to debug. Not had this problem on Fragnet.
Wonder if it has something to do with virtualized environment?

Hm I also have a server running at NFO. So that will give me the same results then probably :/
I guess it would be better if I just rent a dedicated server or VPS somewhere.

Have you tried it with NFO? If you might have a different package/server set, it might work for you.
I'd like to know if it does the same to you or not.
I've tried DigitalOcean VDS with Linux, everything working fine there.

NFO servers works fine with ACE but we have a VPS we didn't have to change anything to get it working

You are using a VPS provided from NFO, that's different than how they set up their servers.

I unfortunatly still experience this issue.
when ACE completes the loading process, the BT HUD dissappears 4 out of 5 times.
I hope someone else can confirm this as well.
