a complete noob

i want to start a server in ut2k3 like just for me and a couple of buddy's to play on wit pass word. but i don't want to have it dedicated all the time just when i play wit them and when i'm sleepin or away so that they could play . i have no idea on how to start it. could somebody tell me what i need to do just to run a part time dedicated server for like just 6 ppl. thank u in advance
