Default Changing settings for dedicated server.

I have been able to get the OS X server running well thanks to a few threads on this site, but I can't for the life of me change any settings what-so-ever. Just as a tester, I tried changing just the ServerName. I have the filesUT2004.ini and Default.ini, and changing either of those has no effect. Help someone!

On Unix-type operating systems (Linux, *BSD, OS-X) the configuration files are stored in your home directory ($HOME/.ut2004/System/) rather than in the main System directory, you should apply changes to those files instead. If that for some reason is not an option you can instruct UT2k4 to read the files from the main directory instead use the -nohomedir option.

Thanks. That worked an I just have a smaller question now: How do I login to the webadmin for the first time? Is there a file which I need to put in the username and password, or is there a temporary one made somewhere?

That depends on which webadmin system you're using. Read the server setup HOWTO, more specifically the Webadmin section, for more information.
