Help Me Please...

Hi, my name is martin, i am from argentina (bad english, sory) and i am an Unreal Tournament 99 server administrator, we have a CLAN (www.falsnipers.com.ar) in my country, and we have a lot of problems with cheaters...
I read here, and i follow your suggestions, i install UTDC v2.0C and AnthCheckerS v138 Build8

I download UTPureRC7H.zip, and cant open it, because that file have a PASSWORD, somebody can help me ??
