VUC++ Version 6.0 beta 1

Ok, here is Beta 1 of VUC++ 6.0! Please consider this a big test version. I made some major changes to how it compiles and what and it might have broken a lot.

Also, a lot of project file changes so backup everything before trying it.

There are some things still being worked on (exporting models, renaming packages, etc). These should all be done in a few days.

It should hopefully fix all posted bugs (but I figure introduce 20 more)

You really did a great job in making this program, it's the best utility for UT ever!
