So....

What's the right way to modify Engine.u to allow CSHP40 to compile?

Does this require a recompile of Engine.u, or a bytecode hack?

I'm porting CSHP to deus ex, and they have stripped the relevent files to be able to recompile Engine...

A recompiled Engine.u would be the easiest solution. CSHP doesn't compile with the original Engine.u because it modifies a few consted variables

nah i disagree. byte hack. if i remember all you need to do is look for 00 00 00 02 then hack it to 00 00 00 00, as you can see real simple if you know where to look, which im sure you do.

can't seem to add the file here /

Thanks. I suppose I make a backup of engine.u so I don't get stares when I hit a server.... ?
