UT2003 Server GUI 1.70 Beta-2

The second Beta Version of the UT2k3 Server Creator has been released.

For users of 1.70 Beta1 or under an update is VERY recommended!

- Restructured the whole program code and removed dead elements (1st time since v1.5 FINAL).

- Fixed the "BotSkill" bug (Difficulty)

- When writing a Batch file, you'll be asked if you want to create the matching INI file for it.

(If you say "no", standard INI will be overwritten! Please read the documentation on my website to understand how this works!)

- Fixed the directory name in the 'AutoCreateBatch' function. It now uses the short (8.3) path names to work properly.

- Invasion options moved to the "More options" menu.

- Settings are now saved to 'gui_datasettings.dat' in an optimized way.

- Settings can be cleared by the 'Reset' button in the settings menu.

- Version number now comes from program code, not from a file anymore.

- All message boxes are translated!

- Toolbar Tips translated.

- 'Batch' button moved to the 'Advanced' frame.

- The GUI notices you when a server has been saved, loaded or just started.

- Mutator Browser v2.1 (some new elements & fixes) added & translated.

- Mutator Browser checks if txt_preview is empty. If so, saving will be ignored.

- When launching the server, the GUI ignores if an "external app." can't be found (it gave an annoying MsgBox before).

- UCC Parameter logging will now be done to 'UCC.log'.

- Fixed positions of buttons and checkboxes again

- Added a box that shows you infos about the current language file.

- Enlarged the INI- & Map-Browse windows.

- Fixed some translation errors.

- And many, many small fixes I don't want to list here :-)
