UTComp version 14b released

Version 1.4b for UTComp has been released, hopefully the last bugfix release to 1.4. This mostly fixes a major onslaught-related bugs, altough a warmup bug was squashed in the process. Since we needed to release a new version to fix this onslaught bug, we took advantage of this situation to add support to the new Editor's Choice Bonus Pack vehicle and models.

Heh, 1.4b's been out since the 27th of September. Oh well, the more people that know about UTComp, the better.
