Please don't test the system!
We have noticed that several bans have been entered in order to test your installation of UTAN.
Please don't do this as your details will then be entered into the cheat database. 
The system does work, we wouldn't release it to you if it didn't

Damn I actually did this, but I made it clear on my evidence and notes, Other Notes, ect that it was just a test. Please erase anything I added that had "ban test" plastered all over it from the "cheat database".

It's not that much of an issue, but your nickname, ip, and reason are broadcast to #anti-cheat on Quakenet, and witch hunts are quite regular in there.

People are doing this again.. please don't!! I won't be removing cheater lines from the #anti-cheat database because you were testing UTAN...

D'oh! This thread started right about the time that I.. uh...
Hey, I have a great idea! In the readme/install/setup instructions that accompany UTAN.. include a line of caution that it shouldn't be live tested with non-cheater's GUID's.

I think its stupid to test it anyway, you can trust imo that it works. It's the same that you are testing UTsecure or Antitcc with a aimbot :S

I work in aircraft maintenance. We are required to test everything and are signature accountable for ensuring/verifying proper operation of any system component we work on. Good habits carry over off the job it seems..
However, we don't sign our forum posts with our names. You can trust that the name on top is enough.
