I just did a search with RegEdit for "c:\games\unrealtourament", and there really weren't any of significance.
There were a couple in the Most Recently Used list - which presumably are added automatically by the OS.
There were a couple in the "Compatibility" list, because I run the demo version in "Computability Mode" for Windows XP - but again this is likely irrelevant.
And there were a couple in the Firewall rules list. Also irrelevant, and something that should be left to the discretion of the user.
I think it's fairly safe to say that there aren't any. As long as your installer creates Start Menu entries, and has the ability to roll these back when it runs its "Uninstall" routine, I expect you'll be fine.
