advice needed

hello everyone, im a new user, and i only just opened my own server up for UT99, the server is rented. i have mapvote and everything working, no problems as of yet so it's all good iv manged to pick everything up as i go along (with a lot of help from a friend) , however i can find no information at all about how to get messages to flash up in-game, i'v seen other servers have small messages flash up in the top left every couple of minutes (e.g. welcome to........) then (try our other server at...........) a minute later. does anybody know how to do it? or could you please point me in the right direction? any help would be much apreciated. Thank you

Look for ServerAdds in the Downloads section.

Or ServerScroll which is based from ServerAdds with some updates also in the downloads section.
