Question about UTAN server updates

I see that I can check "Get Fresh Ban List" in my UTAN Web Admin and it will send an up-to-date Global/GISP list to my "userlog". However, I notice that my UT2004 ini is no longer receiving updates. Last Global I received is #10234 in my UT2004 ini but it should go up to #10481. Is the automatic update system not working or am I supposed to manually update using the list from the "userlogs"?

The INI file is not supposed to contain any bans at all. The bans are stored in a binary file in the Saves directory.

Okay, I see the Saves File in my Server Set up.

Guess this a new method, huh? It used to be updated to the UT2004 ini file.

I suppose I can delete that, right?
