Default Mapvote Woe's

The clan has a server running on Win 2003 Server. A problem I'm having with Mapvote is that although its enabled, and shows in the UI, there's no effect of a vote on the server. The UI seems to be working as expected, a map is shown as selected, but the server simply starts up the default command line map over and over again.

Heres the cmd line:

Anybody got a cure for this, or is it going to have to wait for the patch?
