I followed these instructions...
3. Start your server. This will create a new file in your
/UTGame/Config/ folder: - UTWeb.ini

7. Save this file, restart your UT3 server. This will create a new
file in your /UTGame/Config/ folder: - UTWebAdmin.ini

14. If you want to get the WebAdmin working in -configsubdir= , copy the 2 Files in each folder of your "configsubdirs"
15. Make sure to set the WebAdminPorts different!
