And that's probably why UTIII was a relative flop. New game, same sh*thead players ^^.

hello all!
What can cause it please?

had an impurity (MT Failed Packagelog!)
had an impurity (MT Failed INTlog!)

because i saw in my log server a guy had it.

2009-06-22 06:54.28 UTPureCheat: name removed (ip removed) had an impurity (MT Failed INTlog!)

the same guy got the other log

2009-06-22 07:09.23 UTPureCheat: name removed (ip removed) had an impurity (MT Failed Packagelog!)

ty in adavnce to explain me what is that exactly and how the player can fix it?

is there a way to disable lighting checks in Pure?.. getting the [BL] Bad-lighting from maps I would like to keep TBH.

Only reinstalled Pure for hit sounds as I find that Pure has the best Hitsounds.

Qfeedback hitsounds are a bit tinny sounding ;\ or perhaps a harder way of doing things a map/pure-dis-abler which won't load pure on certain defined maps perhaps.

Did anyone manage to successfully use PureSwitcher?
I too have the problem with a map causing BL - Bad Lighting!.
I installed PureSwitcher, listed as actor after UTPure (the log says it's loaded before UTPure), but anyway, it's loaded but still Pure kicks for BL - Bad Lighting.

I work with DynamicActorLoader and it's ok

just not put pure as actor but in the mapvoetla with customconfigs


But why do you whant UTpure for ?

I tried DynamicActorLoader few years ago - it screwed up everything...maybe I did something wrong...

Also: are you saying to add UTPure to the mapvote as a mutator? (Asking because for another gametype I tried to turn it off by CustomGameConfig settings in mapvote last year and it did not work.)

I am using UTPure for several reason, e. g. stopping behindview and the NO-Shadow tweak.

So the PureSwitcher seemed a nice thing - if it would work.

Also, few years ago there was a problem with Pure kicking for TD - TimeDilation. It was caused because mappers had raised the Timedilation in the maps in order to show them longer (or something like that )
Setting Timedilation back to 1 fixed this.
Maybe there is something similar for the Bad Lighting?

I created a new gametype in MapvoteLA that is not running Pure and that did the trick.

Only problem I have now is that this map of course also appears in those columns that run with UTPure.
