i need to know if there is a porblem with my graphics card or anything else because when i play instant action and i highlight a costum map the picture is redd and also that happens with my skins. my graphics card is a
Readon 9200.

When things turning red it's usually a problem related to byte-swapping errors in OpenGL texture handling. So it might be that the custom map is using something your port of UT2k4 do not like.
This is present for xweathereffects for example on macos x.

Some LCDS turn red when they go bad. Or I suppose it could be bad video memory on your video card.
