Hook cheat or no?

Hey I have some logs here I'm hoping someone can shed some light on...
I don't know whether this means they're cheating or not because it says Unknown all the time.

On the following UTDC log, the Altered address was exactly the same through each of the 3 times the player tried to join. A few people believe this player cheated.

there is some false detection where logs look like:
[UTDCv17] Altered addresses: EXH?<something>?BR-0?
...ignore logs where BR is 0

Come on now - you're speaking in English, so I know you can read it too! :thumbup:
