Setting up a sniper server

Hello,

I really need some help cause i am struggling for 3 days now.

I wanted to set up a sniper server with some friends so i downloaded a few maps. I started up the server, put the maps in it and i can play with all weapons, no problem so far.

But I only want the sniper riffle and the translocator, so I choose the Sniper Arena Mutator en checked the box for the translocator, but if I start to play: No translocator, I tryed almost everything I can, but it won't work.

I only want the sniper riffle and the translocator, what do I have to do? Plz somebody help.

I forgot to announce that we use UT99 and Dedicated Server.
