I have to differ with your tutorial's statement that admin login won't work with Xadmin enabled. I did that and I am still able to login. The difference is this. Since you have enabled the multi-admin feature the game will not except just a password. For example, adminlogin password. It now has to associate passwords with usernames. So you have to login like this via console, adminlogin username password. Try it. It works.

Yep you are right using adminlogin username password does indeed work :)
Please note though it IS case sensitive

Agreed it does work but from the person who makes the web admin it is advised you don't do that :)

Whoops, that is my goof!
The console text appears on my screen in all caps. Don't know if that has anything to do with my resolution or not, but because of this, I didn't capitalize the username I was using to attempt to login to console admin when I was testing everything for the FAQ. Thanks for the heads up, and I'll certainly correct the FAQ to reflect this.

No, it is advised you don't start a server from the command line using the AdminName= and AdminPassword= parameters. Logging into the console admin is perfectly fine.

Evolution, from experience, at smaller resolutions UT/UT2003 displays text in all caps
