Package download issue

Not sure if this is the proper area but if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. No matter what server I join, anytime a download is required I get "downloading package (insert name here) failed: error moving file" I'm at a loss as I've not changed anything since I last played :(

Normally I can fix my own issues but this one has me completely stumped. Google search brought me no closer either.

Actually scratch that, not sure what the issue was but I moved it to my storage drive and ran as admin and in compatibility mode for xp and all is working well now.
