XMP Redirect???

Would this be (url as an example) a viable .ini setting for an XMP Redirect?

RedirectToURL=http://uz2.gameservers.net/
ProxyServerHost=
ProxyServerPort=3128
UseCompression=True

[IpDrv.TcpNetDriver]
AllowDownloads=True
MaxDownloadSize=0
DownloadManagers=IpDrv.HTTPDownload
DownloadManagers=Engine.ChannelDownload


Or is it only good for UT2K3?
I was unable to find a tutorial on this site.
