XMP server, Match ID 0 ?

OK I've been trying to set up a dedicated server. I've used the "unreal2 XMP admin's" tutorial from this very site to figure everything out. (go to this page (http://www.unrealadmin.org/forums/showthread.php?t=56) Anyhoo, when I run the "XMP Server Startup.bat" file everything works fine but at the end it says: "Warning: Master Server assigned our Match ID 0." What does that mean, and how do I fix it? The server doesn't show up on the list. Thanks!! :cool:

as far as i can tell you m8 that means that your connected to the master server.

it should say something like master server requests heartbeat before it.

so that means everything's OK? cool and ya it says something about a heartbeat. I guess i'll just let it run for like 2 hours see what happens lol. thx:)

Means the Epic Stats server isn't responding to stats tracking requests. Right now it's undergoing some maintenance. No ETA on it coming back up.

We're talking here about XMP and not UT. There's no stats for XMP...

If you get MatchID 0 this means everything is k. You got a link to the master server and since there's no stats you won't get anything else than 0.

True but XMP was supported by Atari and Legend Entertainment, not Epic.
