Just managed to reproduce it on version 3323, doesn't happen on 3339 which is why I didn't find the problem. Anyway, fix it in the morning. :cool:

ahh...im using 3323...my server is on 3323...i guess it it works on the new patch ill just go ahead and upgrade...

Is there currently any known problem, changing the expectedconsole and expectedguicontroller settings, so safegame can safely be used with mods?

I am running a strikeforce server without any protection currently (ran antitcc some time ago).
I changed
ExpectedConsole=sf.sfExtendedConsole
ExpectedGUIController=sf2k4interface.sf2k4GuiController
which is the classes, the mod uses.

Everytime i try to connect when safegame is running i got kicked for using an illegal GUI Controller (sf2k4interface.sf2k4GuiController).

The server is running unter linux (2.4.28) with ut version 3323 and nohomedir option.

Hope theres a solution, as we tried safegame in beta 3 and just removed it cause everyone stated the initial checks take to long.

The check is case-sensitive for the GUI controller and Console in all versions. Made it case-insensitive for the next release.

Ensure that you have the GUI Controller and Console classes identical to the kick message. :thumbup:

also will upgrade to beta5e then.
