[UT2004/Release] Lock FOV
 

This is a simple server actor for UT2004 servers.
It locks players' FOV values to the initial value they joined with. Zooming is still possible, by the FOV command is effectively disabled. Also, the valid FOV range is limited to values between 80 and 120.

You are explicitly encouraged to modify it and recompile it (with a different package name, though) if it doesn't provide all the features you need.
