They only charge if
they have to login to the box themselves. Giving me a KVM is free, but it takes a while before you're allowed. Took almost 2 days on a waiting list for me to get access to it. Otherwise I could have paid, by the hour, for remote hands to take care of the issue. I opted to wait on the KVM.
