this depends on too many parameters
40 for normal or zp and 65 for newnet

Something different (and strange) stuff from my personal side:
I'm getting constant ACE timeouts for the last 2 days every 7 minutes into the game. I haven't changed anything at all, it used to work flawlessly before. But here comes the interesting part:
Connecting via my university's VPN gives me constant lag and packet loss, but no timeouts.
Connecting via my own network and provider gives me perfect ping and no lag issues, but timeouts.
I'm pretty clueless right now why this is happening and how I might be able to do something about it. It seems to be like this for ALL ACE servers so far... Any ideas?

I added all the files but I keep getting an error message:

Very frustrating because I added the _2 and got the same error message.
Then I kept going back and forth back and forth.
Until I saw (or didn't see what was wrong) a " space" right after the _2 _
I've done this before, a hit of the space bar when not needed.
Embarrassing 
Alright, now it is working and my eyes are tired.
Testing tomorrow.

Strange, while playing only a piece of my weapon (redeemer) is showing.
But still fires.
And not able to use scope to zoom in and out with.
Guessing there is a conflict of some sort.
I will keep playing around with it.

Same problem here with direct3D9 driver.
Change ZRangeHack (in ini or preferences) to false did fix it here, not sure with opengl.

In UnrealTournament.ini turn off the ZRangeHack at your render section.
Example.
[OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice]
ZRangeHack=False

I assume you're talking server side?
Then again I don't see ZRangeHack= on either server or player.
I'll add ZRangeHack=False on both and see what happens.
Currently running Direct 3D9 for my player.

Lol got nothing to do with timtim  ZRangeHack - [True/False] is a part of
the the dx9 dirvers for ut.

ZRangeHack will be enabled by default for UT if not already present in the ini file, but this one may still need to be watched a little more closely. There are a couple cases I know of where it has minor side effects. However, with most video cards these days only supporting 24-bit but not 32-bit z-buffers, or unless modified other parts of the game engine to draw decals a little further away, it is needed to avoid decal flickering in the distance in many common cases.

Yes I can see a weapon now !!!
Thank you.
But the beauty of this weapon is its scope and it's ability to zoom in and out.
The scope for some reason is not working.
Back to more testing for me.
