I love this as well but cant figure out the level limit thing for the players. I've read this many times...

Lvl1Limit - How many PUBLIC playing slots for the server
Lvl3Limit - How many PRIVATE slots to for the server (for level 3 - level 7, level 2 slots is the difference between Lvl1Limit and Lvl3Limit)...

but people either get disconnected when someone else enters the server or they get the "server full" error.

I have a 20 player slot server so my s_MaxPlayers=20

Lvl1Limit=20
Lvl3Limit=20

I tried Lvl1Limit=20 and Lvl3Limit=5 but it wont let more than 5 people in the server then I tried Lvl1Limit=20 and Lvl3Limit=20 and that would only for some reason let 12 people in and when someone enters it disconnects someone else.

An example:

Lvl1Limit=10
Lvl3Limit=12
s_MaxPlayers=16

10 players are regular old joes. Then you have two more slots for levels 2 and 3, then four more slots for levels 4-7.

So, does the example above only allow 10 Lvl1 players at any given time? i.e. even if no Lvl2 and above players are connected? And does this pertain to spectators as well?

It seems that this should work:
Lvl1Limit=20
Lvl3Limit=20
s_MaxPlayers=20

or even:
Lvl1Limit=20
Lvl3Limit=<blank>
s_MaxPlayers=20

Allowing 20 Lvl1 players even when no Lvl2 and above players are connected.

But maybe I'm not smoking the right stuff...

p.s. Or is it possible to just leave those boxes blank?

We did but nexgen seems to lag the server and ASC runs pretty smooth...hopefully next version of nexgen will run better.

BTW is there anyway to run Lvl1Limit=20 and have the server full, I mean because not always an admin is around but would like the server to be full without losing player slots because of the Lvl 3-7 limits?

maybe you should turn off mapswitch option.For some that one seems to lag.

i mean i key for login and i key for logout

ex:
Enter=setname admin|mutate asc#login ******|reconnect
Alt=setname incredible|asc#logout|reconnect

like this is working only name and reconect but i want also to logout or login
can i?
