Be sure to upload .u / utx / usx and map file in binary mode with ftp
and .ini and other text based files in ascii
I also have several linux servers running various games and if i do it incorrectly i also get segmentation faults.

Might be worth a try

Hello All!

Yesterday during a rumble our server crashed a lot of time, its the first time this happened!

How can i know if its a players crashed our server or if it was another problem from our provider?

before installing this mod i prefer understand well.

I will update this whenever there's a new server crasher out. The person who wrote the previous crash tools hasn't released anything since ServerCrashFix so either you're running a vulnerable mod or someone else wrote a new tool. Do you have any server logs that show the crash?

No one is crashing your server. It is a mod that you have installed on there that is encountering a sigmentation fault.

most likely nexgen. Try removing it and see if it still crashes. I've told defrost what's causing the crash and how he can fix it so I think the next version will no longer cause this crash (?)

I am using nexgen111 and it is fine. Maybe try a stock server and see if the server crashes. If it does, then its not mod related. If it doesn't, then it is

Try a stock server and nexgen to rule out any problems with nexgen.

its just weird.. it crashes mostly when i kicked this player who tried changin his ip to join my server once he couldn't join he used a proxy i banned the proxies and all of a sudden the server crashes and it will crash 2-4 times. then it wont crash any more at all until the same time the next day.. call me crazy but i think something is up.

At qwerty when i made a linux server with so many actors and packages i had same problem as you.
I fixed it with 1 small thing you can try it out.

See this:

1 to many masterservers make it 2 lines and then i miss securevalidate.
I can crash your server without being on it just from my pc with your server ip.

Its well known by many people that they can boompacket your queryport!
