server.ini
ServerActors=iMMC.MMCsa
was for when players join it shows there packages to all the players in the server, it was supposed to have another part to make it work somewhere else in the .ini, I just lost it a while ago or accidentally deleted it. Does anyone else use this in their server, or remember what the command is?

In th unrealtournament.ini file i added under the [Engine.GameEngine] part of the file:
ServerActors=ModMenuChecker_v120.MMCsa
ServerPAckages=ModMenuChecker_v120
This is for version 120(if u didnt already notice.)

Cam.RCamItemDirectLoad is 'RypelCam'
Remember I've seen the CleanHUD thingy too, but can't remember where. I think that's also installed to help making UT demo's/movies.

CleanHUD is either a standalone mod or part of moviedemomanager 1.1. It removes all onscreen text and crosshairs. Rcam is part of the Rypelcam mod.
