Secret Spectating

Hello

does anyone know a way to enter the server in spectator mode without that it is announced as ... entered the game?

It's only used by admin on our server to check out suspected cheaters or if people are abusing our rules, but of course they would act different if they know there's a spectator in the game.

So we are looking for a way to get in spectator mode without they see it.

Any ideas?

The general mode for UT99 is to use the webadmin. This just appears as a console in a webpage. The admin enters the webpage unannounced and uses the console to talk and other pages to kick/ban etc. The match is not however broadcast to this webpage
